Denise, well done getting back into target 👏👏👏 have a lovely weekend, forecast is not good here 😢hoping it was going to be nice as we are all going out for lunch, early for Mother's Day tomorrow as that's when we can all get together.
I have been nominated for two together at group tomorrow with a fellow ST member. Hoping for a loss tomorrow.
Coxy that this week gone, hope you will enjoy your new job.
Food today
Ham, tomato and pickles, watermelon
Fake KFC, salad and half dozen chips.
fruit and ice cream.
Made coleslaw for taster

lol @maman I ended up leaving at 5:22pm as only me and the cleaner left in the deserted building! I ran for the train as it was a good two carriages down the platform and had already arrived when I got to the station. Would not eat sloppy food on a train!!
Enjoyed the chicken biryani and (as usual) loads left for another time.

Morning all,
Cold and grey here but YAY it's the weekend!!
I am going to the big shopping mall today with DH. I'd arranged to meet a couple of ex-neighbours for lunch. DH will come with but will go off whilst us girls chat and then we are going onwards to my BFFs as the boys have a gig booked for tonight. Us girls will go for a drink or two.
Food today:
B - fruit n fibre, blueberries, 0% vanilla yog - HEB, S, 1
L - not sure but going to JL cafe so will hope for soup or a JP(!)
D - BFF's DH is making a chilli con carne for us
HEA - milk
Syns - some in the chilli as BFF's DH is a chef, plus will be going for a couple of drinks after. Will have to be flexible today

Morning all
I lost 0.5 I was going to say( after telling someone off Infront for saying only half) only half but then changed my mind 🤣
Never won the 2 together but nice to be nominated.
Had a kick in the guts this morning, dh went for blood tests Thursday had a call from the doctor this morning, his psa for protaste cancer is really high😪😪 on a 2 week fast track now. Fingers crossed please 🙏
Off out to lunch with mum now

Sorry not mentioning anything else. I’ve been reading but my brain’s not retaining much at the moment as I’m so busy here!
Lost a pound this morning. As usual would’ve liked more but I know, a pound is good and they all add up 😀
DS2 and I are taking it in turns to do the food shop and even though it’s on the list he never buys enough fruit and veg. I’m going to finish my coffee and pop into town to buy more.
Ive a joint of silverside in the slow cooker for tomorrow’s dinner but still to decide on what to have tonight.

Morning all 🤗
WI with 1lb off, happy with that as still not a great week food wise! Had an unexpected day off Wednesday when the fire alarm went down! I had already booked the morning off to be with hubby (unpaid 😤) so took the form back on Thursday! Everyone else will get paid so why not me!
Bit of body magic this morning putting 2 recliners together with my boy. Him & his dad dismantled the sofa & took to the dump while I put my feet up in my recliner 🥰. It’s my birthday tomorrow, had my gift early from hubby when the face fell out of my watch! He had already bought me a new one so have had it for a week already. Didn’t want gifts but he never listens 😤. Have said NO CAKE but we will see 🙄.
The NHS is so broken, I STILL have over a month til my hospital appointment 🥺 some days are worse than others 😢.

Sorry to read that bubbs. My uncle had prostrate cancer a few years ago and he is now fine. 🤗

Thanks Beanie, reassuring, the thing is what has annoyed us, he has had prostate problems for a few yrs and takes medication for it, he has not had a check up in about 3 yrs or more and he would not have had a PSA test if he had not asked for it, the bloods were so he could keep getting his medication for his knee!

Had fish and chips for lunch as ended up in a pub as the place we went was a 2 hr wait! Wasn't many chips though and i gave DH about 1/3 of my fish
